Dawning Flora (Scepter Idea)
(At this point I'm likely not going to change the sprite at all, as I've noticed its impossible to please everybody in nilly's realm. I like how this sprite looks, so I'll likely keep it. Feel free to apply constructive criticism anyways.)
Name: Dawning Flora
Desc: Invigorating dew from this flora is said to be the same that the constructors of the great tomb used for the illusion of near-infinite stamina. Careful, as it's power can be a double-edged sword.

MP Cost: 95
Cooldown: 5 seconds
Effects: ↓ ↓ ↓
- Hexed to self for 5 seconds.
- Speedy to self for 3.5 seconds.
Stat Bonuses: +4 Spd
Fame Bonus: 4%
Drops From: Murderous Megamoth
Drop Chance: 0.01
Bag Type: 6
Balanced: Doesn't entirely outclass any scepters. Using this scepter, you can potentially out run Ninjas. Be careful, though. Despite having higher speed, you do not have higher defense! Please take in consideration the speed changes in Nilly's Realm.
That's one fast sorc! Unlike ninja, however, the scepter only applies a temporary buff unlike Ninja's hold-active buff that remains as long as the ninja wishes. I don't feel like this scepter in any way hurts or effects Ninjas playability in any way, and I'd like a survivability option for Sorcerers. To make up for the useful speed buff, the scepter only deals 50 more damage, but overall less damage than before due to having the targets halved. This makes it so it still is a scepter that can be used for enemies, but is much less effective. Cooldown also makes it less spammable.
Unique: This is the only scepter that self buffs the player. Is the only UT scepter to have it's mana cost increased, thus having the highest mana cost. Would be the only custom scepter in Nilly's Realm. Gives sorcerer the ability for high priority rushing if you're careful enough with your low defense. This serves as a risky scepter that gives you the ability to dodge attacks faster and outrun certain rages in a blink of an eye. Adds a new play style for sorc. Doesn't in any way try to take the charm or uniqueness away from ninja, as the classes are entirely different.
Note: Hexed is nothing but a fun thing to play with, and as everybody knows It's nice to have goofy features for fun. It's a slight nod to the fact the dew is hallucinogenic.
This is highly experimental for me, so please provide constructive criticism. If its over/under powered, please explain why and how you think it can be balanced.
If I'm missing any information, or have any typos, please PM me directly and tell me so I can fix it quickly and nobody can shame me for my mistakes. :D.
But still, I hope you like the item and please provide constructive feedback. I've likely messed up a whole bunch in the creation of this item, so I expect to get a bunch of shit in a few hours. This includes broken logic and missing details.

I like the idea of a fast sorcerer, yet i fail to understand what's the need for a fast Sorcerer when it can easily leech and fame farm in Glands, it isn't gonna pussy out of a fight by running away, it is gonna look Glands in the eye and say you're my bitch and ability spam it. Overall very nice idea that you can out pace ninja - MILKTEA would love it.
Sprite is good.. basic but good...
Clrpnk had a new mob that would change the drop rate from Belladona to the new Fire Horse, so if his mob/your item is added...
This would be much better to drop from this fool...

@MrBoom To put it simply, it isn't entirely designed for running out of fights, but instead running into them
This is to open the possiblity for rushing dungeons to break away from the usual expectations of Gland farming some people strictly use sorc for. Using it for fleeing, however, is an additional use that could provide even more survivabiltiy for sorc. Think more of OT, Asylum, and Events when you think of this scepter. Glad to see you like it.
Also you can orbit oryx like he's your bitch, awhile having enough range to keep him your bitch.
@ᑌᔕᗩ Thanks! Nice to know somebody likes it at least. Sorry if it's too simplistic! I'd rather not have it drop from bella even if his mod was added simply to make the dungeon my scepter plans to drop in run more oftenly by players. I don't like seeing dungeons ran nearly never, and yet Bella even if hellfire was removed would still be one of the most commonly run dungeons. Also I felt the flora would fit perfectly in the forest. I do understand how it could fit as a bella drop though, and it isn't a bad idea. It could honestly drop in any location with a bunch of trees, even oasis giant.

@Pringle Lower the damage, it does 70 more than T6 scepter and only 10 more MP.

@Pyrouge Scepters naturally have an initial reach out range, and will do.
Only one thing wrong.
Instead of doing the shading left to right do it top to bottom or bottom to top.
@BreadStick I do that some times, but I like to keep things interesting now and then and change up my shading styles.
I don't think of it as wrong or right, but rather as an opinion when shading.
