    - Emote Optimizations: Shrunk sprite sheet to 16x16 sprites. Trimmed
    about 4mb off client.
    - Added :kappa: and :o emotes
    - Refractored some code and removed some unneeded resources.
    
    - Fixed Word Filter: Turns out the client never used the filter list we
    sent to it. Rather it used an internal list built into it. This has been
    changed. The internal list was removed and now the filter works off the
    list given to it from the server. This also fixes the problem of random
    text getting filtered (like oryx bro).

    White bag had a few extra pixels for width. No big deal.
    
    Moloch skin had one extra pixel of height. Probably a good idea to fix.
    I cropped the extra line of pixels. Made no difference in game. Skin
    still doesn't look right from all angles (most notably when firing).
    Probably should be fixed.

  • since we have so many gms now I don't think combating hackers would be the best option, maybe just ironing out bugs. the hackers can just get their accounts banned easily.

    I don't think us GMs would be solving the actual problem: the fact that hacks ate compatible with Nilly's realm in the first place.

    While it's good we have this extra layer of security, I still think that forming an anticheat should be a top priority, because that is giving a solution to the problem itself, not just prolonging the inevitable.

    True. The extra security I provided was a quick fix type measure. True anti-cheat has been on the todo list for a long time. I'm focused in other areas atm but will come back to it.

    Dude it's simple
    Step 1. Go on Flash
    Step 2. Start running towards a wall
    Step 3. Hold "X" before reaching wall
    Step 4. You will end up inside the wall as a mini "jump"

  • madgoblin you piece of what ever are you :-) its not our problem that you have low PC that you play on microwave i know at least on 1 map lava glitch which are using a lot of people (no dmg lava) also i know how you can do God mode (already reported to nilly) so before you say that it was SOMEONE that you saw him take a Screen shot and add it here :)

    The XML for the wand is already in the client. You either have to change the client XML for it, or remove it from the client XMLs. This isn't going to be solved purely through server edits.
