Special about this is that it technically is a reverse Spell bomb. Projectiles fly from the outer circle in the cursors direction. It has higher total damage than eledet but increased amount of shots. Very powerfull against single targets like bosses, while having an insane drop in damage against crowds(single target damage wise). You could describe it as a Snipe.
Why is it ballanced
Wisardism already did a good job at saying this in the comments. It is devastating against slowed / paralyzed isolated enemys and deals average damage against crowds. The higher amount of shots make for more damage to be blocked (say if I spellbombed a Sprite God, the white orbs would block most of the shots, thus dealing less damage). Also adds a little more skill to spell bombing in case of aiming. Another example - I could spell bomb oryx while he is not moving for the huge amount of damage and once he starts moving I would switch to eledet since it has a higher chance to hit him, and deals more damage per shot.
Quick and simple. Tell me what you think, might be a never use item, but I though the idea is kinda cool.
