@Potman I've decided that it I would apply this change. I feel that the charge time wasn't necessary when you could just have a cooldown, haha. Plus, it would make it much easier for nilly to code if she decides to put this into the game (which, considering the criticism, I highly doubt).

@Hailtion So what i'm hearing is that this is very under powered? I was considering that since this was a ranged heal, that it would be really strong in other scenarios such as healing the melees whilst you're in the back-lines. The other tomes require you to be near them. not by a lot but near them in general. If i buffed this to be so that it heals more, you pretty much have a tome that is like the t6 one, but instead ranged, with higher mana cost and a debuff to balance it all out. I feel a ranged heal would cost much more than just that. I don't really know though, i'm not a priest main. Considering you're a main for priest, I will take any criticism, suggestions, and or profound needed adjustments.
I thought that priest would need a tome for it to become a truly, supportive character.
Most of the time when priests heal people, they would have to be near them or in the fight itself. The risk of a squishy support character dying increases as it does it's job - not good.
I've decided to make a tome that can counter that somewhat.
The Holy Warp
A tome, with papers yellowed from age, and unreadable runes inscribed into it. A softly glowing rune is inscribed upon the front, introducing it's ancient power that is undoubtedly powerful and ancient. Just looking at it exhausts you. Imagine... casting it...
Party Heal: 150 + Wis x 1.5 (HP) IF WIS > 25 I ex: 75 wis = 225 hp healed
Range of CAST: 7 + Wis / 20 IF WIS > 30 I ex: 75 wis = 9.25 Range
Range of HEAL: 4 + Wis / 30 IF WIS > 25 I ex: 75 wis = 6.5 Range
The difference between the cast and the heal is that the cast is the range of which the center of the heal will be. The heal is the range of which the actual effect will reach.
Effect to Group: None
Effect to Self: Healing - 5 Seconds (100 hp in 5 seconds) DOES NOT SCALE WITH WIS Dazed - 3 Seconds
Fame Bonus: 6%
Drops From: Twilight Archmage
Drop Chance: 0.025 (5/200)
Bag Type: White Bag
Why is it unique?
It is very unique because it is the only tome in nilly's that can be cast off of the player. This would help prevent priests having to go in the middle of a crowd to heal, and stay in the back lines.
Why is it balanced?
Although u get a ranged heal, the heal isn't that strong and sometimes u would end up not healing yourself. Also, the daze makes it so that u cant deal damage whilst healing and staying in place. The ranged heal, in my opinion, is very strong so i thought that a higher mana cost and a debuff, plus a weaker heal were needed to balance it all out.
If you are planning on making a priest that is insanely squishy and is mainly used for helping out others through a dungeon, use this. It will help you with that squish squish problem, and make sure you help out whilst dealing damage.
THINGS TO NOTE:
The Tome would first cast a indicator for others to know (I would like a portal that's purple and swirls) where the heal zone is, after 2 seconds of channeling the heal would activate, granting the heal. - REMOVED
I don't know how to make animated sprites ;-;
- Added 2 Second Cooldown to prevent spamming - in return removed channeling time
- Changed debuff to self from slow to daze to prevent damaging whilst healing by just staying in place
- Added drop chance and bag type (see drops from)
