Ruby Scepter (UT Scepter)
This Scepter has been passed on to the highest of Kings for many generations. Once Oryx got his hands on it, he used it to discipline his Stone Guardians.
Mana Cost: 96 MP
Stat Bonus: +4 VIT, +2 ATT, +2 DEX, -4 WIS
Fame Bonus: 6%
Drops From: Stone Guardians at a rate of 0.001 (0.1% or 1/1000)
Why drop from Stone Guardians?
Well using the logic of 'Items drop from bosses they are good against' similarly to CDirk dropping from Cube God or Conflict dropping from Skull Shrine, this Ruby Scepter is effective at doing as much damage as possible to the Stone Guardians.
Any explanation for the Stat Bonuses?
The DEX and ATT bonuses are there because this is supposed to be an offensive item, our main theme here is fire, and fire is usually the 'offensive element'. VIT Bonus shows how it makes the wielder slightly stronger, increasing his lifetime a slight bit. Negative WIS shows how the wielder slowly becomes insane over time. Think of it kinda like the One Ring from Lord of the Rings.
What makes this Weapon Unique?
Well, instead of doing a small amount of damage to 8 targets, it does a large amount of damage to 2 targets. This weapon is definitely useful for bosses with little to no minions or for when there is a little amount of enemies around you.
Is it overpowered?
Well, it has it's own unique twist, it isn't for all situations. But against a single target, it deals 5 Damage Per MP, as opposed to T6 Scepter of Storms which deals 2.35 damage per MP. So it is dealing more damage, at the penalty of less targets.

Due to the sprite being like a reskin of the cosmic staff and combined with the crystal serpent staff.
eh MP cost too high to be significantly useful
I'd still rather use fulmi against stone guards, slow is better than a rather irrelevant buff to dps, considering your crystal wand will be doing most of the work anyways.
Maybe drop MP cost substantially, I'd say even to around 40-50, to make this more spammable to make up for the loss of Slow and targets?

Golden scepters traditionally are the same color throughout. Perhaps brighten up the bottom?

Stop making higher damage less targets scepters. It's not unique and even I made one in the past, even before Potman.
It doesn't matter if people have made them before, it matters if they've been accepted
You shouldn't have to of the same kind of weapons in the game. If you and Potman's items didn't get accepted he can do this full well

Can you give a reason that there would be the stat increases and debuffs lore wise or were they just added to make it more unique
Only one problem I have is the drop rate. I'd say make it a little less rare to get like 1/950 or something around those lines. Other than that the scepter looks good. Nice job!!
@SEXUAL-AF Great idea, the stat bonuses definitely have a reason, I guess I just forgot to show reasoning.
@Takoshima Well there are TWO Stone Guardians, assuming you meet the SB Threshold from both, you'd have a 1/500 chance from every Oryx Castle.
